Founded and preside over Product Club for aspiring product management graduate students. I lead a board of six with 25 active members and conduct workshops, networking events, and guest speaker series. We provide resources and hands-on opportunities for students to hone their PM skills. This innovation significantly reduced the maintenance window by 50%. The primary objective was to contribute to an improved decision-making framework within the company. Conceived the concept of FindmyRide, a carpooling solution tailored for students. Crafted the value proposition, devised product monetization strategies, conducted comprehensive market research, and successfully developed a Minimum Viable Product (MVP). Created a high-level architectural framework for the app and designed a high-fidelity front-end prototype.

Market Research & Advertisement

Conducted in-depth market analysis for Tesla, examining their segmentation, targeting, and product positioning strategies, along with their value creation approach. Formulated an Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) plan specifically tailored for the Model 3, with a focus on targeting the female demographic. Crafted an engaging advertisement script that effectively communicates the unique value propositions of the Model 3 to the intended audience.
